- Create job positions.
- When a candidate applies for the above vacancy, the HR department will add information about the candidate's skills on the recruitment profile. Navigate to Recruitment ‣ Application ‣ All Applications to create a new one or select a candidate from the list:
- In the Skills field, click CREATE A NEW ENTRY to choose from the skill list of each position's skill framework:
