- A sale made without employee login is compared with the till user.
- The seller policy of the company decides the commission of a sale whose seller is its affiliate.
Instruction
For the employees who sell at a point of sale with employee login, and for the affiliate administrators and affiliate users who read their commissions.
Note
Extends viin_affiliate_pos - see its documentation for the commission policy and the points of sale.
On a point of sale where employees log in to the till, the employee who makes a sale is the seller of that sale for affiliate commissions, in place of the till user.
1. Which affiliate is the seller
- A sale made under an employee login is compared with the affiliate codes of that employee: the employee's work contact and the partner of the user linked to the employee.
- A sale made without employee login is compared with the till user.
- A sale that carries the code of another affiliate is paid as usual.
2. What the seller policy does
When the seller of a sale is its affiliate, the company's policy When the Seller Is the Affiliate decides the commission: Pay confirms it, Hold for review keeps it in Draft until an affiliate user confirms it, and Do not pay records it as cancelled. The commission shows Own Sale as Seller is the affiliate.
The filter Own sales of the commission list shows the own-sale commissions: those of sales whose seller is the affiliate and those of sales whose customer is the affiliate.
