Installation
- Navigate to Apps.
- Search with keyword viin_hr_overtime_timesheet_approval.
- Press Install.

Instruction video: Overtime Timesheet Approval
1. Configure Overtime Recognition Mode - Timesheet
Navigate to Overtime ‣ Configuration ‣ Settings, select the overtime recognition mode Timesheet.
Note: You have to select Timesheet Approval on the department/employee's profile.
2. Create and approve the overtime request
Navigate to Overtime, press Create request to create a new overtime request.
Press Submit to send the overtime request to employee's manager. The managers will do the approval process.
Note: You need to set up approval levels on the approval type Overtime Approval.
3. Create overtime timesheets
You can create your overtime timesheet directly upon the Timesheets app or the other integration app such as Project. To view the total timesheets including the overtime timesheets, navigate to Timesheets > My Timesheets.
4. Create Timesheet Approval request
To create a timesheet approval request, on the interface of my timesheets, select the overtime timesheets and go to Action > Create Timesheet Approval request.
Now enter the title of the request and press Confirm. The system will automatically create a timesheet approval request. Press Submit to send it to the manager.
5. Update the actual overtime data on the overtime request
Access the created overtime request, the actual overtime hours will automatically update.
