Goals, work items and the five ways the assistant may change a record
Goals (KPI target, strategic initiative, risk control) collect work items; each item carries its state, agent and trace; the assistant gets five governed operations - press a button, set fields, create a record, run an action, run a public method of a record - and an Ops Cockpit reports AI failure rate, AI cost by goal, stale evidence and work items in progress.
Viindoo AI - Operating Layer (technical name viin_ai_ops) is an Odoo 17.0 app for Odoo Community and Viindoo Cloud, built for operations.
