Kết xuất sao kê ngân hàng bằng định dạng RJE
- Để có file sao kê ngân hàng RJE, bạn cần yêu cầu ngân hàng kết xuất Sao kê ngân hàng bằng định dạng RJE.
Nhập sao kê lên hệ thống
Truy cập Kế toán > Bảng thông tin, lựa chọn sổ nhật ký ngân hàng cần nhập sao kê, chọn Nhập Sao kê và ấn Chọn tệp để tải lên mẫu tập tin lên hệ thống.
Ấn Tải lên để hoàn tất việc nhập file dữ liệu. Trên giao diện sao kê trên hệ thống, bạn thực hiện kiểm tra và bổ sung thêm thông tin còn thiếu như nội dung sao kê.
Lúc này bạn thực hiện các bước đối soát sao kê ngân hàng trên hệ thống phần mềm kế toán Viindoo.
