It does not add real Cc headers. Odoo still sends one email per recipient; this names them in the body rather than changing the envelope. Internal notes get no block. By design - the ambiguity this fixes belongs to discussion messages. Nothing to configure. There is no per-model switch; the layout applies wherever the notification layout does. It does not change who is notified. Followers and recipients are decided by Odoo exactly as before.

Truy cập ứng dụng Thảo luận, tại một kênh trao đổi, tạo một thông báo gửi tới nhiều thành viên trong kênh chat và ấn Gửi.
Sau đó, những người nhận được thông báo qua email sẽ thấy thông tin về những người cũng được nhận thông báo này.
